Hello I am Cathy.
I am currently a Non Executive Director at F5 Foster Care, dealing with all matters governance as well as providing appropriate levels of challenge and support to the directors and the senior leadership team. Previously I have worn many hats which have included overseeing HR as well as supporting recruitment and all matters relating to retention and support of staff and our culture. Some of you may know, that i was proud to be the face of F5 Foster Care Ltd and was known as the “Fostering lady”, which some people still refer to me as.
